The building has covered parking with two spaces per apartment. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen (sheets, blanket, blanket, pillow) and bath linen (body and face towels) at no additional cost. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Parking: Each apartment has two parking spaces in the garage. We cannot guarantee more parking spaces as they may be occupied by other apartments in the building. If you need to park more vehicles, you can use the city's rotating parking lot on the street.

- Bed and bath linens: Please do not use bed and bath linens to clean makeup, sunscreen, blood or other products that stain. If replacement is necessary, the cost of the item will be charged.

- Documents: We ask that you send a photo of the ID of the person responsible for the reservation before check-in.

- Pets: We accept cats or small or medium-sized docile dogs. Please keep them on a leash when in the common areas.

- Smoking: The apartment has a great balcony with access from all bedrooms and the living room. Please use it to smoke, and avoid smoking inside the enclosed areas.

- Check-in must take place between 12:00 and 16:00 and check-out must take place between 09:00 and 12:00, respecting the times due to cleaning times and other reservations.

- For arrivals outside these hours, it will be necessary to provide a person to deliver the apartment and a fee of R$ 200 will be charged.
