Perfect house for families of up to 6 people, fully equipped, in a condominium just 300 METERS FROM GERIBÁ BEACH. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, internal kitchen and a large gourmet area - in a condominium with doorman, swimming pool, sauna and one parking space.

- IMPORTANT: According to the condominium rules, we need to inform in advance the list of names and identification documents of all guests and the details of the vehicle that will be parked inside the condominium (model and license plate).

- Check-in is done by a member of our team from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you need to arrive after this time, you will need to pay a fee of R$100 (up until midnight) or R$150 (after midnight).

- Check-out is also done by a member of our team from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you need to leave between 6:00 am and 9:00 am, there will be a fee of R$100, and before that, R$150.

- If you need to extend the check-out time or arrive earlier, please check in advance for availability and possible cost.

- We provide sheets and bath towels free of charge.

- Electricity and water consumption are charged separately. The measurement is made in your presence at check-in and check-out. The cost of electricity is R$1.30/Kw and the distributor's table (Prolagos) applies to water.
